At some point if you want things to get better you have to be willing to pay for it. You have to be willing to pay passionate, hard working individuals. The level of dissatisfaction with many of the staff I see is disturbing. The burnout rate is high and so is the turnover rate. It's hard to ever put goals and ideas in place when staff and management are always changing. What bothers me is that I don't know what the answers are? I'm not sure if anyone does?
